The 22316-E1-XL-K-T41A FAG is a spherical roller bearing. This bearing type has a solid inner ring, which runs on two rows of symmetrical rollers in a solid outer ring. The outer ring has a concave, spherical raceway. This design compensates for any alignment errors and shaft deflections. Spherical roller bearings can withstand particularly high radial loads. Additionally, they can accommodate axial forces in both directions.
The 22316-E1-XL-K-T41A FAG is an X-life type bearing. X-life bearings provide better performance than normal spherical roller bearings due to a special internal construction. Contact surfaces, steel grade and rolling bodies are of a higher quality. X-life bearings combine a higher load capacity with a longer service life. The bearings generate less heat and allow for higher speeds. Finally, X-life bearings allow for longer maintenance intervals compared to normal spherical roller bearings.
The 22316-E1-XL-K-T41A FAG is designed for use in vibrating machines such as road rollers, saw frames and vibratory screens. This particularly robust bearing can withstand very high loads, speeds, accelerations, and centrifugal forces. Dynamic angular misalignments up to 0.15° can be supported. Also, the 22316-E1-XL-K-T41A FAG is resistant to dirt and moisture. This bearing guarantees top performance under demanding operating conditions.
